The exact phrase: "Chaos is come again" is spoken by Othello after Desdemona and Emilia exit the scene which was when Desdemona brought up Cassio into the conversation and asked Othello consistently and repeatedly when he will give him his job back which of course, causes Othello to become suspicious and doubtful.
Othello reveals his hidden insecurity to Iago. Iago then immediately acts on it. What are Othello’s specific insecurities?

Explain the reversal that has happened in the end of Act 3 scene 3
Iago convinces Othello that Desdemona and Cassio are having an affair because of the examples he uses as proof such as when cassio ran off as he saw Othello near and how Cassio was talking in his sleep one night and saying "Sweet Desdemona, Let us be wary, let us hide our loves" and he would cry out "O sweet creature!" as he grabbed Iago's hand and kissed him as if he were kissing Desdemona. "then laid his leg over my thigh, and sighed and kissed, and then cried 'Cursed fate that gave thee to the Moor!'"(III,iii.410-422) Obviously this infuriates Othello into a murderous monster threatening to kill his wife and "tear her all to pieces".
How does Iago engineer the first “suspicious behavior” between Cassio and Desdemona in Act 3?
Iago tells Cassio to go speak with Desdemona while Othello isn't in sight and then leaves to talk to Othello himself and leads him to where they find Cassio speaking with Desdemona. When Cassio sees Othello, he immediately reacts and runs off which causes Othello to be suspicious.

Why does Desdemona think Othello has been acting so strange near the end of the act?
She thinks he has received some bad news from Venice or people are acting mischievously in some type of dangerous plot in Cyprus where they are now.
Describe 5 of Iago’s methods of manipulation in Act 3 scene 3 :
One method of manipulation that Iago uses in Act 3 scene 3 is making Othello question him and drag out Iago’s reasons for believing that Cassio is being dishonest and having an affair with his wife.
He also makes Othello believe that Desdemona is sleeping with Cassio without actually stating it specifically. Iago also keeps repeating the words “indeed” “think” and “seem” into short responses to Othello’s claims and questions such as when he asks Iago what he thinks and Iago answers “think my lord?”.
Another method is how Iago keeps saying how Othello is disturbed by these ideas of his wife and lieutenant and how he should not take it so seriously since they may not be true even though Othello isn’t very jealous at this point.
These remarks push him to believe that the situation is actually bothering him more than he had expected.
Another one of Iago’s manipulative techniques is how he keeps reassuring Othello that he is being honest with him because of his great love for him and only intends to help him which makes Iago seem like a true friend and hides his mask of hatred and revenge.
